However, for the courier service we use is J&T Express, City-Link & DHL(Domestic) and EMS, Ninjavan & SF Express (International) which guarantees that your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep.

2. Then, add items to your bag by clicking the “Add to cart” button on the product page.
3. This will lead you to your Shopping Cart. You have the option of whether to continue shopping by clicking the close icon (top right corner) or check out by clicking “Checkout” in the bottom section.
4. Check what you have in your shopping cart anytime by clicking the “Cart” on the top right corner.
5. If you choose to check out, fill in your details and follow the steps. You can choose your preferred payment method.

Do take note that your order will be reserved for 20 minutes after which it will automatically be canceled.

How do I use my credit/discount coupon?
Credit coupon codes or discount coupon codes can be entered during the checkout process. The new total cost will be reflected before you confirm the order.

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in “Account” (if you have an account) or your email junk folder.

Due to security reasons, our customer service are unable to make any amendment after you have confirmed your order.

This is because our store moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed. Our Customer Service Team are not able to catch up with that and hence, unable to amend your orders. If an order is cancelled , no cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of credit note (1 year validity)

How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?

BBEE.U Team process your order within 1-3 working days.

Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 3-5 days (Domestic) / 7-10 working days (International).
